1. About Nanoliss

Nanoliss ("we", "us", "our") is a haircare brand owned and operated by Linear Ventures, India. We sell products through nanoliss.com.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Products and Pricing

• Product descriptions, images, and ingredient lists are provided for informational purposes and are accurate to the best of our knowledge.
• We may change prices, formulations, packaging, or availability without prior notice.
• We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing and description errors.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI, or banking details.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on courier coverage and location.

Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns are accepted for unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can review a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.

8. Product Use and Safety

Products are for external use only. Perform a patch test 24 hours before first use, discontinue use if irritation occurs, avoid contact with eyes, and keep products out of reach of children.

Individual results may vary. Product claims are cosmetic and ingredient-based; they are not medical claims.

9. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for notifying us of unauthorised account use.

10. Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, product names, images, copy, and design on nanoliss.com are the property of Nanoliss or its operators and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
